Our coaches have worked together to bring their knowledge and experience into three separate plans. These plans are the framework from which we start when coaching any client in our ‘Complete’ coaching programme.
Foundations is our first stop for beginners or anyone looking to start fresh. We establish the pillars that make up the foundation of any strong nutrition programme and educate our clients on how to have autonomy when making decisions based on what food should fill their diet and fuel their health and performance.
Muscle is the next natural progression from foundations. Everyone from beginners to advanced should be spending a large portion of the year focused on fuelling their body to maintain or build new muscle tissue.
Although we are targeting incremental gains in lean muscle, we promote optimal digestive function, stress reduction and food quality on this plan. A healthy body starts on the inside.
Lean is a short and intense programme designed to help clients torch body fat whilst maintaining as much muscle mass as possible. This leads to a better all-round physique as we don’t just ‘lose weight’, we improve body composition.
We recommend completing our foundations programme first, so you understand your body's set point to ensure you are already fuelling your body appropriately before moving onto these advanced methods.
